    I've been using the same tried and true chili recipe for 29 years and I tried this white chicken chili and I was pleased I did! So yummy and different,, thanks!
  • Delicious!
    This was one of the best meals I ever made in my Crock Pot. The recipe is designed to address the typical problems we experience when we try to convert a traditional recipe to a Crock Pot recipe. It was very tasty and satisfying. I couldn't believe it came out of my Crock Pot! I would buy it again and am interested in trying the other varieties.
  • Liked the White Chicken Chili
    I really like to cook and often make my own Chicken Chili so I was a little hesitant to try this kit that my husband brought home. I was very surprised though! It was really flavorful and made a lot of servings. I added some fire roasted tomatoes (instead of plain) and also added one extra can of white cannelini beans. I only put 4 small chicken breasts in and think more would have been too much. As it was it was a bit heavy on the chicken which is why I added the beans with a little extra liquid toward the end. The spices were great thought and it was very easy. Would definitely serve this again!

White beans, pinto beans, carrots, onions, parsley, sea salt, sugar, garlic, cornstarch, corn syrup solids, smoked paprika, cilantro, onion powder, natural flavor, celery seed, turmeric, cumin, oregano, red pepper, white pepper, ground chipotle peppers, silicone dioxide (anti-caking agent).



  • You Will Need
    • 1 pkg. seasoning mix (included)
    • 1 pkg. vegetable mix (included)
    • 1 pkg. chili bean blend (included)
    • 3 cups water
    • 2 cups chicken broth
    • 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken pieces, such as breasts and/or thighs (about 2 – 2 1/2 lbs.)
    • 1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
    • 1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles (optional)
  • I don’t have a Crock-Pot® slow cooker! How can I make this mix?
    You can make this meal in a 5-7 quart dutch oven or large, heavy stockpot using the following recipe:

    • 1 Crock-Pot® White Chicken Chili Mix
    • 3 ½ cups water
    • 2 ½ cups chicken broth
    • 4 – 6 boneless, skinless chicken pieces, such as breasts and/or thighs (about 2 – 2 1/2 lbs.)
    • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
    • 1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles (optional)

    Rinse and pick through beans. Place a dutch oven or heavy stock pot on medium heat and add beans, chicken, 3 1/2 cups of water and 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer on low for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Carefully remove lid and add seasoning blend, vegetable packet, tomatoes and green chiles, if using. Stir to combine well. Return to a simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour or until beans are tender. Prior to serving, remove the chicken and roughly shred.
  • Can I use bone-in chicken pieces?
    Bone-in chicken is fine, be sure to remove any skin or excess fat before using and remember to remove all bones before serving.
